Sobah is a wake aid, and alarm delivery can depend on iPhone permissions, power, and system availability. Keep a backup alarm while evaluating the app on your device.

Before contacting support, check that Alarm permission is granted, the alarm shows a confirmed next time, and your iPhone has enough charge for the night. If automatic Fajr is unavailable, use the fixed manual-time option.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Sobah version and build, the expected and observed behavior, and whether Focus, Low Power Mode, force quit, reboot, or travel was involved. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive information.
